That book is an introduction to using amibroker and learning basic AFL.
Generally people don't write systems up for free. Theirs plenty f people that will write that for a hourly rate.
It's worth learning to write your system so you know how it works and how to change/tweak it.
If you get stuck, people will generally help out here if they can, but everyone has their own projects and writing someone's system is not a priority.
That book will get you started with AFL and how it functions.
