Dear Tomasz,
The as far as i can think the Built-in editor should have below two features for user-friendliness:
1- ESC should close the popup windows (like the FIND window or any other window) in the built-in editor.
2- When a user creates variable in AFL then those variables should be listed in Auto-Suggestion Dropdown. It makes Coding very Productive and almost no Scrolling back and forth. Just like it's been implemented in Notepad++. So, before or after each entry in Auto-Suggestion there can be either an Icon or a Word to separate Entry type. For Example "V" for Variable, "S" for Snippet, "F" for Function etc.... Or may be icons to separate them.
And possibly an option in Editor Preferences as to what a user wants to list in ORDER in Auto-suggestion (Listing prioritization) Top to Bottom---> Variables, Snippets, Functions or some other order
3- In Auto-Suggetion, I think it's very productive to do a Regex kind or match. so, instead of matching from left we can match up keywords from middle as well.
Example:
Variables:
is_momentum_trend
is_accumulation_trend
is_distrribution_trend
So when the user types "trend" then all three vars list in Auto-suggestion or if types "accu" then "is_accumulation_trend" lists in Auto-suggestion.
Thanks,
Ankur
