I ran a 20x20 Opt and expanded the rotating 3D chart to fully cover two displays; the regular video display and the USB video display. I could see a tiny bit of jitter on the USB display, but also on the other displays. If I hadn't been looking for it I wouldn't have noticed it, and it is hard to tell which is worse.
While running an Optimization and displaying the rotating 3D chart at the same time CPU Usage (i7) was 14-16%, per Performance Monitor.
Rotating the 3D chart without running a Backtest or Optimization CPU usage was 0.0-0.1%. So it appears that the USB Video Adapter doesn't really use much CPU resources.
