That is indeed good news and apparently good purchase, congrats !
I read some about the chip they use and it seems that they use your computer's built-in graphic card to render
in hardware to off-screen buffer and then send the resulting bitmap thru USB to display. Nice piece of engineering.
That would explain why you don't see CPU use and only slight delay on USB display.

Rotating the 3D chart without running a Backtest or Optimization CPU usage was 0.0-0.1%. So it appears that the USB Video Adapter doesn't really use much CPU resources.
