I looked into this a couple of years ago and was unable to find a plug-in for amibroker to connect to IG markets. This may have changed in the meantime though...
The best I was able to achieve, was to export data from IG's MT4 platform in (from memory) meta stock format and then import it into amibroker using the import Wizard.
This allow's you to it least back test a single symbol using amibroker's AA window.
Hope this helps a bit.
