Thank you for your reply! I found your code and while i like the good example it isn't what I require. You are adding a value to your trade-list, I want to add a value (column) to the Backtest Summary.
What is very strange in my case is that the _Trace() that precedes the AddCustomMetric() statement prints out the correct value, it is just that the following AddCustomMetric() doesn't accept this value. If I substitute a number it lists nicely.
It almost seems like the Staticvariable is cleared, or Equity() is NULL, when the CustomBacktester runs.
Perhaps Equity() cannot be used when we use the CustomBacktester. If so, how can I calculate the Buy and Hold Equity/profits for display it in the backtester Summary?
