Thank you very much for your e-mail.

AmiBroker has some kind of redundancy built-in in case something goes wrong,
you can just close AmIBroker, delete broker.master file and load AmIBroker again.
It will re-build the database from stock files (will take a little longer on startup).

My main database, in the Symbols tab,   now begins with empty lines (no symbol, no data).  Then, by database starts with the first 1/3 of my database (indices, then A-G tickers).  The data is all still present on the drive, just not being accessed by Amibroker.
