Tomasz you are correct, I must of got confused looking at the time intervals on charts and Quote editor.
In quote editor a bar labeled 16:00:00 is a bar from 16:00:00 to 16:00:59. I thought I remembered seeing on IQFeed website where they mentioned they used forward time stamps but maybe it was for another product. And I was using the preference tab to use end of bar or beginning of bar time marking for charts
I guess the issue is still with IQFeed as the bar stamped 16:00 runs 59 secoonds into after hours trading. The open of the bar at 16:00 seems to end up being the official close.
