The default color (i.e. representing colorDefault constant)
is not just single color like "orange".
Actual visual representation of colorDefault depends on
settings AND the style. Candlestick and bar charts would use different colors
(depending on settings Tools->Preferences "Color"), line charts would use
orange.
Some indicators use colorDefault, some not. For example ADX does not use
colorDefault because ADX traditionally uses blue red and green.
Also MACD does not use colorDefault.
Moving averages don't use colorDefault, they use colorCycle constant has special meaning.
It means not one color but different colors depending how many moving averages you have
on single chart.
The first color in the cycle is orange but subsequent colors are not.
Try drag dropping moving average on top of RSI and you would see
blue line on top of orange line. Drag drop another MA and you will get green.
This is provided by colorCycle and it is very useful so you don't end up with same colors.
But you can do global replace and change colorCycle to colorBlue.
You would end up with having all indicators and moving averages to be blue by default.
Really not good idea.

Theirs a link to what I believe your looking for. I think your talking about the built in AFL's? I'm not sure which ones your using and what their param settings by default are.
I personally don't ever edit built in AFL's, I just copy what I need over to my own new AFL's where I save them separately in my own library of folders to keep them organized, if I do decide to alter something in the editor.
I'm sure you could edit the AFL's that came with the download but as a good practice I stay out of the files that came with the software as it keeps me out of trouble lol.
