Hello,
And... forgot to add, as far as scrolling is considered,
how about using a scroll bar ???
Scroll bar is Windows standard thing.
You are aware that in addition to moving scroll bar you can press
< and > arrows at both ends of scroll bar and that provides
very fine scroll by ONE bar at a time?
Also if you mark quotation on a chart with vertical line you can move
it with < > CURSOR keys and this also moves one bar at a time and
once you reach the border it auto-scrolls by one bar.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your e-mail.
You don't tell it of course (play guessing games)
but ... are you using "zoom in/out" or other method?
No it does not jump 500 bars. The zoom "step" depends on number of bars in the database
(i.e. it is dynamic).
There are OTHER methods which are more precise
1. View->Zoom->Range (exact one-bar accuracy - use range markers than zoom).
2. Mouse WHEEL with CTRL key held down - zoom is centered at position of the mouse.
3. Dragging the edge of scroll bar thumb

Almost impossible to scroll in/out with any accuracy. AB jumps about 500 bars whenever you try to change the displayed date range in either direction.
Is there a way to make it 1) smooth rather than jumpy and 2) fine adjusting?
