What's Happening at HW Media?
HousingWire | FinLedger | RealTrends
Hello!
Delivering the news and information to the readers in the HousingWire, FinLedger and RealTrends audience is of paramount importance everyday to the HW Media team. One of the ways we do that is by building communities and having two-way conversations with our audience. Last month I introduced you to members of our newsroom who speak directly with readers daily through our various newsletters. This month I want to spend a little time talking about HW+ and the member community we're building through in-depth coverage of critical issues.
Covering the most impactful happenings in mortgage, real estate, and fintech, our editors dig deeper into the "why" behind the daily news cycle. HW+, HousingWire's premium membership program, provides members with one-of-a-kind analysis and insights, a community of housing's most influential minds and the competitive edge they need to stay ahead. There are great benefits like automatic virtual event registration and the monthly HW Magazine, but what's really important is the access to tremendous content by world-class journalists that is going to give you the edge over the next guy or gal. Our editors have recently covered important topics like the new homebuyer bills, a 3-part series on real estate commissions, the lumber shortage and economic analysis on why high home prices have created an unhealthy housing market.
HW+ is HousingWire's premium membership program and offers you the competitive edge you need to stay ahead. HW+ members get free access to all HousingWire virtual events, detailed analyses and content published weekly, a members-only community and so much more. Get more details here. Have an entire team that would benefit from HW+? Learn more about our group memberships.
FinLedger Mini-Con
MiniCon Session #1 date has been announced! "The Great Proptech Acceleration" session will take place on May 25 and will be presented by CoreLogic. This session will take a close look at emerging business models in real estate, residential and commercial software and data automation, and the competitive dynamics of operating in a marketplace with venture backed competitors. 2020 was a year of acceleration for all things technology. The real estate market was certainly not immune to these changes, and perhaps the long-term health and efficiency of real estate transactions and management may finally accelerate toward a much more digital future.
RealTrends is preparing to publish the results of the RealTrends + Tom Ferry Thousand ranking program, in partnership with the Wall Street Journal. The only verified rankings program in the country program spotlights the top performing real estate teams and agents in the country, and will be released on June 11th via RealTrends.com.
The data collected through this program is the basis for many of RealTrends' advertising programs, so if you have an interest reaching the top 5% of real estate professionals who make up more than 30% of total real estate volume, contact them here.
