Hello,
This is so because you have entered incorrect (too large) values in
"Number of bars" field in File->Database Settings or
too large cache in Tools->Preferences, "Data" tab
Decrease "in-memory cache" to 11 symbols.

If you really have to use that much data, the ONLY option
is to use 64-bit version of AmiBroker.
