T heir's an article in the current issue of Modern Trader (April) titled "rules for Bottom Fishers ( pages 58-59).
It was written by Perry Kaufman. He gives the formulas on how to calculate the formula but with my limited programming skills i haven't been able do anything with it. If someone is interested I would welcome the AFL code to activate the program he has recommended. Thank for any help offered.
