Thanks Tomasz,
I do create my APX file from an external application, and I have now fixed it. Thanks a lot for you help.
One more thing if I am allowed.
I'm running Amibroker 6.10. In the past I used to run APX file from .JS script and save the results in CSV. AB:
- opened a new analysis window every time I run a JS script
- run the APX file
- saved the results
- analysis window was open and visible at the end of the optimization
Recently, when I run APX file from .JS script and save the results in CSV, AB:
- run the APX file in the background and save the results
- no analysis window is visible
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
J
Hello,
Thank you very much for your e-mail.
Are you sure that APX has proper (new) format?
Please load that APX file from the File->Open, make sure that proper watch list is selected and then save it under new name from AmiBroker
Best regards,

Hi,
when I run an .APX file from a .JS file, AB runs the optimization on a DJ30 watchlist rather that on the watchlist set in the APX file.
Basically every time AB creates a new Analysi window AB resets the watchlist to DJ30.
Does anyone know how to avoid it?
Rgds
