Ready to be named a Top Insurance Employer in 2026?

The annual Top Insurance Employers 2026 is now open to insurance organisations across Asia.

This is your opportunity to showcase how your people, culture, and leadership are creating a workplace where talent can truly thrive.

Participation is open to insurance companies with at least 10 employees, from national brands to specialist agencies and brokerages.

To enter, first, your organisation will submit an entry outlining your key people initiatives.

Then, we’ll send you an employee survey to distribute internally to measure satisfaction across areas such as culture, development, flexibility, and wellbeing.

Companies that achieve 75% satisfaction rating or higher will be named Top Insurance Employers on the Insurance Business Asia website in September, reaching senior leaders, brokers, underwriters and industry decision-makers.

Entries close on Friday, 15 May.
