Hello, LOs!
Today I'd like to talk about the various Presidents Clubs across the industry. These clubs are typically reserved for the best of the best, the LOs who deliver tens of millions of dollars in mortgage loans and hundreds of housing units to lenders. The reward? Hobnobbing with other top producers, lapping up leads and getting a sweet, paid vacation in like, Acapulco. But last year was an odd – but not necessarily a lonely – one at the President's Club.
The crazy volumes of 2020 made a lot of LOs who normally didn't produce those kinds of numbers eligible (plus, no Acapulco). As a consequence, I've heard that some lenders have moved the goalposts considerably in 2021.
So, LOs – what are the qualifications at your President's Club? Hit me up anonymously at jkleimann@housingwire.com.
