Buzz is back. Van Eck has licensed the BUZZ indexes and is slated to launch an ETF as soon as next week under the symbol BUZZ. The VanEck Vectors Social Sentiment ETF (BUZZ) uses an index of 75 large cap US equities which exhibit the highest degree of positive investor sentiment.
