A NOTE FROM BOB
Join us at 1 PM on Wednesday, February 17 when our special guest is Cathie Wood, whose ARKK Innovation Fund has been raking in money, one of the rare examples of active management ETFs getting a sizeable following.
Speaking of active management. We had Dimensional Funds Gerard O'Reilly on a few months ago...their actively managed Dimensional Core Equity ETF (DFAU) has been raking in money since it went public in November. They'll be back on soon explaining their investment philosophy which has heavyweights like Nobel Economics Prize Winner Eugene Fama behind them.
What can we do to get our cable and streaming bill down? We just had Will Hershey, CEO of Roundhill, on ETF Edge to talk about his Gaming ETF (BETZ).... Now they are launching the Roundhill ETF Streaming Services & Technology ETF (SUBZ). Netflix, Roku, Spotify! We're all spending too much for streaming!
Let's own a little bit of everything. The equal weight S&P 500 ETF (RSP) doesn't get much publicity but it is taking in a lot of money. RSP hit the $20B in assets under management last week, adding more than $1B of net inflows this year. It's outperforming the market cap weighted S&P.
Nasdaq is now in the crypto index market. A crypto ETF began trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange last week. The product is based on Nasdaq's Crypto Index. Dude, we're legal. The top performing ETFs are all pot stocks this year. You can't even get arrested for it anymore. For more analysis and actionable insights, catch me live next Wednesday, February 17 at 1 PM ET on ETF Edge. KEY STORIES
