Investors looking for yield will want to join us Monday on ETF Edge at 1 PM ET when our guests will be Anna Paglia, Global Head of ETFs and Indexed Strategies at Invesco, and Dave Nadig, Financial Futurist at VettaFi. Invesco runs the Invesco Senior Loan ETF (BKLN), which tracks a market-value-weighted index of senior loans issued by banks to corporations. After seeing outflows for a good part of 2022, it's again seeing inflows. Maybe it's the 3.7% dividend yield. We also discuss growth for 2022: Invesco runs the largest tech-centered ETF, the QQQ Trust (QQQ), which is the 100 largest non-financial stocks on the Nasdaq, and offshoots Nasdaq Next Generation 100 ETF (QQQJ), which are the second 100 largest non-financial stocks, as well as the newly-launched Invesco NASDAQ Future Gen 200 (QQQS) which tracks an equal-weighted index of 200 NASDAQ-listed stocks selected based on the value of their patent portfolios. The portfolio excludes the largest 200 stocks listed on NASDAQ. ETFEdge.cnbc.com! Maybe growth does have a future. After closing at its lowest level in five years last Friday, Cathie Woods' flagship ARKK fund closed the week up 5.6% outperforming the S&P 500 (up 4.6%) and in-line with the Nasdaq 100. We made a big thing of single-stock ETFs when they debuted a few months ago, but outside of a few names they are struggling to attract money. That's probably a good thing. |
