Title companies looking to become as efficient and fast as possible are relying on solution providers to help them achieve that. Two of our recent stories highlight how companies are working together, either in joint ventures or through integrations, to deliver what title companies need.
First, real estate tech company Spruce announced a joint project with insurtech platform Digital Partners and American Digital Title Insurance Company to offer a fully underwritten title commitment that it says can be completed in minutes. The joint project illustrates the tight partnership between Spruce with Munich Re, which owns both Digital Partners and American Digital Title Insurance Company, and is an investor in Spruce as well.
And tech firm Qualia announced it added a new integration partner for its Qualia Marketplace: DataTrace. Marketplace users now have direct access to DataTrace to order services, track progress, receive status updates, and manage billing, with automated entry of completed search results.
It was just a few years ago that most of the solutions offered in mortgage focused on the front end of the process.
