Hi HousingWire readers,    I had the honor and pleasure of joining our RealTrends team at the 2021 Gathering of Eagles, an exclusive event for top real estate brokers and their executive teams. The event was held at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.   The highlight of the trip was dinner and networking at the Cheyenne Lodge, which looks out over the hotel's 5,500 acres. On the shuttle up to the lodge, we came upon a bear out for a jog. Anthony Lamacchia, a RealTrends GameChanger, was sitting next to me and managed to capture video.   I also had the chance to speak onstage with Steve Murray, who sold the RealTrends media business to HW Media in December of 2020. My message was simple.
