Good afternoon —   Over the past few weeks, we've been seeing the housing consequences of President Biden's victory in November 2020.    First, there was HUD taking the first steps towards restoring President Obama's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing rule. Then there was the Supreme Court ruling that paved the way for Biden to fire Mark Calabria, replacing him with FHFA Acting Director Sandra Thompson.   This morning, Senior Mortgage Reporter Georgia Kromrei broke the news that Thompson was killing the adverse market refinance fee. HousingWire reported extensively on the negative industry response to the fee when it was rammed through by Calabria.   Wherever you fall on the political spectrum, it's safe to say that more change is on the way. Biden's housing team seems laser focused on using HUD and FHFA's authority and resources to address systemic racism and the racial homeownership gap.   What are your thoughts on all this change?
