A new bill to regulate bitcoin is set to be proposed in Paraguay. The proposal, to be initiated by Congressman Carlos Rejala in conjunction with Senator Silvia Facetti, refers to bitcoin as a virtual asset and attempts to regulate it as currency.  The bill is slightly different compared to El Salvador's, as it does not treat bitcoin as a legal tender. But it is a step in the right direction, giving more confidence to investors to get involved in the Bitcoin Industry, knowing that their investments won't be challenged by new regulation.
